Android to iOS

So been trying for day now to get in touch with u guys I went from android to iPhone and now can’t get in game on my new phone every time I switch account to get on mine it says login in good then nothing just stays on loading screen

Unplayable

Constantly in a reboot loop in the log in stage. Can’t even get into the game.

Abandoned

Developers abandoned this game. Remade the same exact game under a “new” company name and denied it all. Don’t download, don’t spend, be careful! Their new game is Pixel Quest : Rouge Legend don’t play, don’t download beware!

I link my game to Facebook and my Apple ID I log in to both and it makes me start all the over so one star for you

Problem

I’ve tried messaging you in game. I’ve tried messaging on Facebook and on the Discord channel and I’m getting no answers. Why is it when I tried to log into my character whose name is Garnet on server S 20 it tells me I have to make another character and I’ve tried switching between different logins just in case I know this is probably not the place to make this but I didn’t have any other ideas

Wont load

The game won’t even load I waited half an hour and still nothing

Slow

The download speed is too slow the ad I saw said”0.0000001” download speed but it took 11 seconds

Needs more optimization

Burns through my battery quickly and heats my phone up a TON. It’s a low res game how is it using so much??? Game itself is pretty fun though.
