So laggy and freezes
Why is this app always so buggy? Takes so long to load and constantly freezes. Very frustrating to use.

Users can access playback and directly save files to the phone to export to others. Network error
This keeps happening connection time out. Then app don’t work for hours and there has no updates to fix this. One of the worst security app complete trash, don’t even deserve one star.
SLOW AND CRASHES
Slow app very old interface compared to Hikvision and dahua and Samsung etc. spend all this money on equipment to be surprised with a bad app that doesn’t have all the features and very cheap design and slow
Upgrade to ios 16
This app lost its ability to switch modes from being able to rotate screen
New iOS won’t work with this app
New iOS 16 on iPhone doesn’t allow for phone to be rotated to see larger images. Please update.
Needs updating
This App has an issue with IOS 16.0 you can not get a full view on the iPhone with the updated IOS 16.0

I had an ARLO camera and the service and battery was so bad, I switched to this App and I am so happy I did. Works great.
Worst DVR viewer ever
This is by far the worst dvr viewer app.. UNIX CCTV should be ashamed. Selling so many different models and publishing THIS piece of junk!?! Playback doesn’t work at all! Affected model: PTV3-08N5
Lots of bugs connecting with newest pvt models
I am a certified installer and the app works fine just when connecting to the newest pvt3 and pvt8 models I've noticed glitches. Green screens during playback and certain channels during live viewing. Cycling through channels with green screens during playback etc when connecting to the new model dvrs. App works perfectly fine with the older models. This is bugs only connecting to the newest models.
