Totally agree with fun but frustrated

I gave 4 stars . Would give a five if you would reduce the amount of energy needed to play past two clicks . The game is great graphics amazing the side quests and main game are great . But loading the game and then grabbing all the free energy and planting new fruit and flowers is great but that’s all you will get as clicking twice on a challenge has used up that energy and you have to wait again or watch an add it takes like 1 minute .It’s not fun anymore . I watch more adds than I do play . So I’m sorry I’m off to find a new game which doesn’t need ads . And I can play for more than 1 minute

Love this game to bits! But yous definitely know how to get your moneys worth because I am CONSTANTLY paying for more diamonds and energy because diamonds are near impossible to get and you only get 70 energy yet it takes all of it unlocking one move it’s ridiculous how you expect us to pay so much to play these days and no bonus energy for anything!!! Do better

I've been playing this game for a long time, but recently I've been doing side quests and encountering maps that reset inexplicably, and the game progress bar is cleared to zero, so I have to bear the losses, and the compensation given by the game officials is not equal to the losses, and the customer service can't reply to the messages, and it's just like saying nothing, so I'm very disappointed with the game. Errors caused by the technical aspects of the game. Why should the player bear the responsibility, I invested a lot of time and energy in this activity, accumulated a very large amount of energy has not yet been collected, the map was reset, and finally only compensated for 500 stamina, but also said that it is for the player's loss to compensate accordingly, and I lost at least 10,000 stamina!

The game is super fun and has tons of events and things to do but the amount of materials that are needed and the time it takes to make them is frustrating and the amount of energy up need to use is to much and it takes to long to get it back there just aren’t enough ways to get energy and they don’t even get that much back but it is still worth playing.

I had to restart at the hospital level in a game that I had invested a significant amount of money into. This was not something I had planned on doing, but an unexpected situation forced me to start over. It's disappointing to have lost all of my progress, especially considering the considerable investment I had made in the game. I would like a refund for this inconvenience. I have tried to contact you, but have received no reply. Additionally, this game consumes too much energy, and it's frustrating that it only allows you to progress so far. I also agree with other reviewers who have expressed similar concerns. While I have seen developers have apologized, I have not seen any significant changes. So really is it an apology or not???

In one ad, a bunch of babies just burst out of her from under her dress all over the room it is absolutely disgusting there are children watching this ad. There are many of these kind of inappropriate ads. I only downloaded this app so I could delete it and write a bad review. These ads are horrible you should be ashamed.

I really love playing this game but lately I notice that there are far more obstacles in the way of achieving goals in the events and they cost! I think this is unreasonable. I don’t mind paying a little money but when the energy lasts less than five minutes that just isn’t right. It is a sure-fire way of losing your players if you don’t fix it and that would be a shame!

I quite like this game but I agree with many others about the amount of energy used to just walk a few steps. There is no way I can finish the limited games that appear every few days. I have also found a couple of the ads downright disgusting. I get that you have to have ads but not these sort. I’ll keep going for now but not sure how long I’ll continue.

The game is really fun and is keeping me hooked however, the energy limit is quite difficult to deal with especially with the events (which are fun but difficult to finish without paying) Please please make energy easier to comeby especially in events.
