Big issues not resolved
I was going to say 3 stars, but then I saw that my issues are long standing ones that others have experienced. First off, there was no response to in app feedback when I pointed out that the whole reason to use an AI to write a professional description is destroyed if said AI uses the eord professional in every description. The same happens for "fun" and "witty". Shopify AI does a much better job. Now, I am unable to get any description at all because the server is apparently unable to handle my requests. I keep getting the message to try back later. I still have 250 credits and I definitely want a refund. This is two days in a row, on Saturday and Sunday, peak listing times for me, that I can't use the app.
