Magisto
Good app, easy to use. To pay for monthly subscription is not necessary for light users. Perhaps a one time payment of a reasonable price will entice users to sign on. Btw the app keep shutting down when i tried launching it. Any advice?

It’s so easy to use and user friendly definitely will recommend it to my friends to use it
Buggy and Annoying
App is shockingly buggy! After uploading the photos and trying to edit the video, it scrambles the order of the photos I've uploaded, and bizarrely duplicates some photos while deleting others! I uploaded 10 different photos and when I went to edit the video, it shows me only 8 photos and two are the same photo. The sequence of the photos is also mixed-up from what I had originally uploaded. Tried again and again but each time I keep getting the same errors. Their Customer Service is the only good thing as they're very responsive but that's much needed given how buggy and problematic the App is! It's small consolation as you will end up with very deos you can't use.
Extremely slow and frustrating
I bought a premium package and I have been trying forever to download my video to no avail as it just times out. What is the point of purchasing a premium subscription if you cannot download your video? Appalling and waste of time and money.

I REQUEST A REFUND. You cheated my money. Despite saying I get a 7-day free trial and can cancel anytime YOU INSTANTLY CHARGED ME $41 !!!!! What is this? Pls do explain as I am ready anytime to hear your explanation. By hook or by crook I will get my money back.

Your service recovery is downright useless and Only good in giving me a textbook reply The most you only refer me to APPLE, to request full refund. Mind you, I did not choose the option for “professional” subscription! I was already received a pop out message that I had opt for the subscription and the next thing was the invoice sent to my mailbox.Please at least give people a consent before proceed with billing! This is robbery!
