Very bad service
I had a very disappointing experience with this app.The service is extremely poor and the technicians lack the necessary skills, knowledge and professionalism. I don’t recommend to use at all.

It is simply a process of 3 steps:
1. Choose a Service: electricity, plumbing, A/C…etc.
2. Details: determine location, date and time and take a picture or record a video for the requested service.
3. Job Done: Maher will send you a message and you can see his profile before getting the job done.

طلبت فنيين تصليح ثلاجه وكلهم حراميه يبون يسرقون فلوس وكمبرسر جديد وبالأخير صلحته بيدي ملاحظه : جميعهم يطلبون الغاء الطلب ويجون على حسابهم الخاص اللهم بلغت اللهم اشهد
عمالة رديئة
تلاعب بالاسعار، وعمالة غير محترفة للاسف الفكرة حلوة ولكن الواقع سئ.

التطبيق سيء لاتوجد خدمة عملاء عند حدوث شكوى العماله غير ماهرة تواصلت كتابيا معهم ولا يوجد رد انصح بعدم التعامل معهم لان حقك ضايع

للاسف يتم قبول طلب الخدمه و يتم تعليق العميل و الانتظار و من ثم يتم الغاء الطلب …قمة الاستهتار في العملاء

تم التواصل بسبب مشكلة مع احد المشغلين لديكم ولم يتم حل المشكلة حتى الان + تعامل موظف خدمة العملاء سيئ جداً بالتوفيق

تلاعب بالأسعار
بدايات التطبيق كانت مميزة للغاية من حيث التزام الفنيين بالزي الموحد والنظافة والأمانة والمصداقية! في الوقت الراهن حصل هناك تلاعب من الفنيين بالأسعار وطلب مبالغ خيالية! للأسف الشديد وحسب تجربتي التطبيق في انحدار شديد
