I don’t know how it’s possible…but the latest Update changed how I play. Never any ads to earn tokens. I will be playing this game less often.

Great customer service
Over all the game is a lot of fun! Customer service has been really good at replacing diamonds I lost by accidentally clicking on the shuffle button (3 diamond) when I meant to hit the return tile button (free). These buttons are very close to each other and would be nice if they could change the lay out of at least ask you if this is what you want to do like it does when you want to add an extra tile box. I've been playing for a couple of years now and really enjoy playing. It's addictive!

I’ve been playing this game for years and I still come back to it. You can play for a l9ng time and not have to put money into it.

I like the game however it takes way too long to advance to the next level.
Slow/lag in tapping
Ever since the update, I have to click at least twice to select a tile. Super annoying so I hope it’s fixed soon because it’s pretty much unplayable. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed the game for years.
Game update.
I know the game recently had an update. Not sure what happened but now selecting tiles is extreme slow. It takes at least two taps to select a tile to match. Now I’m losing games like crazy because I can’t go fast enough to win. What happened?!
Thief!!!
You no longer give rewards for winning back to back games - you will say it was a tie and still take my points as if I lost. - you will say I lost when I won. I have contacted support numerous times to no avail. I’ve even sent screen shots.
minigames are rigged against you
every single time you bet over 1000 chips on any of the minigames, you always lose. game is so rigged and they want you to buy chips constantly
Algorithm
Every time I play a 2500 point game. No matter how far ahead I am, it beats me at the very end. I know it’s not a person but an algorithm just to get my self to buy more points. I wish the game would be more fair. Especially for us people who buy the additional help! Really disappointed after playing for quite some time. It used to be more fair and now all they care about is spending money on the game
