Terrible design and functionality

The confirmation email states that you require a further booking after buying. The app lists any purchased ticket in the future as a previous trip. The helpline does not get answered.

So much easier than booking online!

So easy and convenient. Makes booking buses simple. I like that you can now see how many seats there are left so you know whether to book earlier or not!
