Maideasy - Book a cleaner now

I’ve made a booking for tomorrow 9am based on the available slots through their app. Then i received a Whatsapp from their management team ( 017 214 3823) saying they don’t have enough crew for the service. And they suggested another male crew to come at 2pm. I replied OK an hour later but to my dismay they told me the crew is no longer available for the slot. I’ve already made my payment through the app and thus I don’t really have much of a choice. This will be the first and also the last time for me to use your service.

Just use their service, I would like to give -5* rating if possible firstly, this guy comes in and go smoke in the toilet Secondly, he lies about only able to wipe 3 fans thirdly, he's giving alot of attitude saying this cannot do that cannot do forthly, while we are engaging in the support he left while still having 1h time left already reported, but have to wait 2-3 days for this issue to be sent to their "quality" team

They assinged new cleaner. Not properly trained. He broke my broom, my plants, my tiles! Lousy!

It seems error on your app. I cannot see the schedule & my preference crew is hard to get.

Apps yang mudah dan user friendly untuk tempahan krew kebersihan. Cuma perlu tambah baik dari segi penempahan krew berdasarkan jantina, fungsi tersebut telah ada tapi tak dpt digunakan.

Pretty lousy service; it’s hard to secure cleaners and their whole coins system is wonderful for Maideasy to hold onto your dough. The service simply isn’t customer friendly…like tying a bow around a traditional business with an app (without the solutions one expects a tech company to try and solve). With the coins conversion then it forces the customer to jump through another hoop to request a refund back into your account. Painful admin process and just a poor experience

You'll have to contact CS for them to do it manually. In this day and age where sensitive information is a security matter, this is enough to deter me from using this app again.

The past 2 weeks been a very rocky journey with Maideasy. There’s absolutely nothing ‘easy’ about it. Numerous cancellations, intermittently slow response. And sometimes queries remain unanswered to this day. They’re not a very reliable service and instead of making things easy, it has made things a lot more difficult. You’d think that because I have been using the service everyday for two weeks, a bit more customer service and support would be available, on the contrary they take the regular business for granted with cancellations happening in the last minute. Being a regular user I had requested the same personnel regularly so as to not waste time briefing new people each time. But that’s not possible. If your looking for a one off, then by all means go ahead. But if your looking for efficiency and consistency for long term use, look elsewhere. This method of operation is not going to be sustainable in the long term if the services remains unreliable and unpredictable.
