“Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.” Basically means they’ll get you to login, they’ll take that information to a “third party” and then send it back to themselves, the Owner.
It’s NOT the Gmail app
It’s just designed to look as though it’s the gmail app.

Annoying repetitive advert won’t go away
I subscribed and then cancelled in hope of stopping the repetitive advert from constantly returning but nope still here, drives me mad !!! Can you please tell me how to block this please

This app is unusable and it is clearly a scam. Apple needs to remove this app from the App Store immediately. It blatantly appropriates the Gmail logo in an attempt to mislead App Store users.
