Mail

This App used to be so reliable & user-friendly. But since an update mid to late 2024, it has gone downhill in a big way. Slow downloading of text only emails, even slower downloading of attachments. When deleting an email, the next email doesn’t appear -the one you just deleted remains in view, even when you navigate out & back into the Inbox. When you attempt to reply to emails with attachments, it takes forever to generate the email (sans attachments)….this has happened frequently & has forced me to put the iPad down & jump on the PC….This is unacceptable & very un-Apple like. Mail, like Photos, is a mess & whoever was in charge of their updates needs to rethink things in a big way…

Inbox tells me all of my messages very good I have check on all my messages

I can’t make head or tail of it. It seems to take it upon itself to sort my mail into categories I need to see. Result is I don’t get and can’t find critical mail that I need. It is so diabolical that I will have to look for an alternative.

Return it to the old way

When your emails are automatically sorted you miss things. I personally just want my emails. I dont want to have to learn a new layout and have to select what emails to view, just give me then all.

Fix it so that when I try to add a my yahoo mailbox, the process freezes , once you have to verify you are the right person.

Ur great work

Time to find a new mail app. You literally need to open app and open each mail box you have to see if you have any emails. Broken app now I’m missing too many emails now!!

It’s so good that the app can remind you if u have sent emails or mails to any app to let you know that you have sent us something.

Unusable - can’t find any settings to work. Where’s my old mail? Why is it selecting my least used email address as my primary one? Need it now for travel and it’s Christmas and support has finished. What a time to let this disaster of a user interface at this time of year.
