App constantly is logging you out, pulling up work orders from other people, glitching, refusing to connect to server, and the list goes on. Truly, one of the worst apps I’ve ever used and I was not forced to I wouldn’t.

I work in IT for a company that uses Yardi for work order processing. The desktop functionality is fine but this mobile app is the WORST piece of software I have ever administered. I am constantly taking phone calls from end users regarding their issues and frustrations.
I have deleted and downloaded again now does not allow me to log in at all. 🗑️🚮
I keep getting signed out every other day even after selecting the setting to keep me signed in. And not able to access maintenance notes.
I don't like negative reviews unless it is an absolute must. This should not be available on the app store for anyone using any kind of device. Minimal functionality and not user friendly. Bad design, bad quality, and to whoever the developer is, I'm sorry but you have to step your game up. If you're going to do something do it right. It has potential, but none in the foreseeable future.

This app suffers from all the same problems it did 5 years ago, which indicates Yardi never works to improve the user experience. Of course, Yardi One and Yardi Voyager just access the same data on the backend, and seem to suffer a similar level of clunkyness. By my estimation, the problem is no just with this lousy app, but the entire system, the database, the desktop interface, and this dreaded mobile app.
This software is completely useless for getting work done. It is buggy, constantly freezes, and stores no data locally, so when you go to restart the app all your data is lost. It takes so much time to navigate through Yardi’s asinine user interface that we end up spending as much time entering data as we do working. It’s absurd. Only someone who has never done a day of work in their life would think to use this trash application. There is no way the Yardi corporation uses their own software to manage their own workflow, it would be ridiculous. Or maybe they do, and that’s why they can’t seem to get any work done to improve it.
Got logged out for some reason when I had “remember login” selected and can’t find a link to reset password anywhere.
I never review apps. Ever. But this app negatively impacts my productivity in a big way. No notifications, wont let me enter technician notes so I can’t complete a work order, no facial recognition to open app. This needs fixed!!
