After paying for the pro version the watermark is still showing

Been paying for service but watermarks never leave
I’ve been paying for months but the watermarks are almost always there. I’ve contacted customer service again and when I’m told to completely close and refresh app it doesn’t always work… but when it does it’s a good way to make lost receipts

The share function doesn’t work from my iPad, only iPhone. :(
