I can’t even log in. It says I have declined the authentication even before I get the prompt to accept or decline. The help desk told to delete then reinstall the app. Didn’t help. Call centre doesn’t even get to the part where I speak to a human being. Nothing I hate more than having to use this app!

I struggle to log in, authentication fails even with good network. When I call the call centre I get sent from pillar to post. I was given the number for accounts it rings unanswered. I am 99% of the time frustrated

Sometimes the app would just not open , saying i declined its access while i accepted..please fix this

The app has become utterly useless - error messages upon error messages. Unable to use it. Nothing as useless as an app that doesn’t work!

I have the Makro credit card to make payments etc. it does not always work. Sometimes it won’t all you to log in or say you password doesn’t match for no reason. Always an issue getting into the app. App cannot save credit card details. At times it even doesn’t show or pick up the amount you have paid. When you phone tech support it’s even worse. They don’t know what to do to resolve an issue on the app and just tell you to email them. Then that email gets no reply for weeks. So finally the app really isn’t useful does not make payment of the credit card easy. They want you to spend as much as possible with your credit card but they make it a mission if you want to pay them!
