Worst app experience
For the last 2days my cart is unable to checkout .it keep emptying the cart before I can put in my method of payment .i have tried on the app and on the internet as well 🫠

I got my order literally the next day😅. The driver,Tumelo was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone.
I took time off to receive my package only to have most of my items missing I am so angry that you took my money and couldn’t deliver with your rude employees I will never shop at your again

My order was delivered elsewhere and I didn’t get any sms or call upon delivery, I don’t even know who received my order. Highly dissatisfied
I was bombarded by “Specials” once again and due to my property management firms requirement for machinery and appliances I went online and bought many different items All of the items I chose were processed like my normal items and then I paid the money which was received and a delivery date was confirmed However Makro without calling me took the decision to cancel part of my one order and hike the delivery charge for another order This is unacceptable as Making this decision to cancel and blaming me for the cancellation I believe Makro must not transfer their Problems To us They need to resolve their problems and deliver My order in entirety as it’s their responsibility to deliver once they get paid We wait for you read and respond Many thanks Fatima
It’s a rubbish app. Cannot sign in after multiple attempts. Even successfully changed password and still cannot access. I have subsequently deleted the app.
The app keeps on glitching and doesn’t capture quantities correctly. You are then advised to go to the store to return the items but why would I do that if I ordered online? Customer service does not provide you with proper solutions and instead gives you the responsibility of correcting the stores errors. Useless app and the delivery is all over the place. Pitty I can’t give a zero instead.
