Step 1: Download the app and create a Makwaty account. Add your email address to your profile, save your address and choose your own preferences. Adding your number and address.
Step 2: The Makwaty agent will arrive with your personal bags to collect your clothes - feel free to inquire about anything related to the service
Step 3: Your clothes arrive at our facility for examination and treatment and are then sent to partner vendors for cleaning. We partner with the best commercial and private cleaners in New Cairo and go through a rigorous selection process before they are allowed to handle your clothes. Our cleaning partners have decades of experience managing their laundries and working with the best hotels.
