من خلال تجربة الموقع والتطبيق انها احدى اسوأ شركات التأمين
الجميع يسعى نحو استخدام التكنولوجيا لتسهيل العمليات وتسهيل تجربة العميل الا ان من خلال تجربتي مع ملاذ فانهم يستخدمون التكنولوجيا لاحباط مطالبي الطرف الثالث عن سيستم يطلب الكثيييير من المرفقات وعند ارفاق اي مرفق ستكتشف انه لا يقبل المرفقات . ايضا لا يستقبلون المطالبات عن طريق نجم سعياً لعدم دفع تعويضات
رقم خدمة العملاء ما يخدمك والتطبيق أسوأ
يعني لما نتصل على الرقم ما يحولنا للموظف وبالقوة يجبرنا ننفذ الخدمات في التطبيق ، لها الدرجة واثقين من تطبيقكم الفاشل؟ تطبيق تحس انك تستخدم ويندوز اكس من السوء اللي فيه هل المشكلة تطبيق سيء والا ما تبغون تخدموا العملاء لا من خلال اتصال ولا التطبيق!!!!

شهادة لله اسوء تأمين ممكن تتعامل معاه
تأمين طبي سيء جدا جدا، كل شي يرفضونه حتى الدواء من الصيدلية يرفضونه
