Paid full price couple of years ago; Not working since 2021; says to pay again & prob again??

Doesn't work even after purchase. No way to cancel the payment also. Total waste.

I bought this app full version paying $4.99 but unable to share with family. It is a fraud buyers must beware. Talking to Apple support no help
