Have tried logging in multiple times won’t allow me to even when I press forgotten password I never get an email to change it

Terrible no order confirmation. No immediate email. No receipt. Nothing. Just spent £165 and I have no record of my purchase.

I love Mallet shoes and that’s what I will only wear!
Quality goods but wasn’t able to put discount code into app
I paid through Apple Pay and was unable to put my discount code in for free delivery which is disappointing

App could do with some fine tuning, slightly clunky in places and no real ability to refine your searches on products like sizes/colours/materials. Other than that I’d say it’s relatively user friendly in regards to app navigation and appearance.
