The App is very basic, and follows the formula of a lot of Taxi Apps. However, it would not let me put in the correct address for pickup, and sent the driver to the wrong pickup location as well as using a very circuitous route for him to get there. Does not have a function to phone the driver if he is lost - only to send a message. Does not have the GPS function of Uber or similar to show where the passenger is, even though it can show where the driver is. Needs fixing.

Good experience. All the cabs we ordered arrived in good time. The drivers were all very nice and the cabs spotless. Because we were a party of four the cabs were very good value.

Ordered a taxi for 4 people, no one arrived however went to drop Off point. Order status then went to completed and got charged.

Did first journey with app yesterday. Took me to the wrong address, it doesn’t pick up on their map system even when trying to pin. Tried to book again today. I’ve been waiting for well over an hour simply stating I’m first in line. No progress updates, no guarantee a taxi will ever come.

We’ve had a great experience using this app for booking taxis in Mallorca. All taxis we have used have accepted card payments so I’m not sure where the recent complaints about a €6 limit are coming from. Taxis run on a meter and you pay the amount by card. Simple.

the wait time is absolutely abominable and the taxi drivers are incredibly unreliable. waited half an for a taxi after being in the queue for one for 20 minutes, then as the app said the taxi had arrived the driver cancelled the trip and drove off again. livid to say the least.

Waiting 45 mins in a line of 16 people only to then be accepted and then cancelled by driver what an absolute waste. Won’t be using again, unreliable

It’s a good app and does pretty much 24/7 service but it’s €6 limit to pay by card and if you don’t have the exact cash they tend to either take the rest as a tip or just give themselves one, we gave our driver €20 for a €5 ride and asked for change and he only gave us €9 back and this has happened most times! you have to ask for change or they won’t give it you back!

App is pointless. They never turn up. Just shout ‘Amigo’ to any driving past. Worked for us.

Been trying for days to use this app successfully - not once has it worked. Technology/software simply not up to the job. It is as though a student has built the app. Rubbish.
