Bringt das iPhone6S Plus nach kurzer Zeit zum kompletten Absturz. Ganz ganz übel!!!👎
A powerful app and mobile rendering software. Makes a lot of fun to play around with the given parameters. I wished that there would be a possibility to create your own fractals by inputting custom mathematical formulas.
There are a lot of angry reviews for this app.I’ve been using fractal programs for 30 years, so here’s my more in depth review. There is some disappointment here, but there’s a lot of good as well. The biggest issues are that the palette control is extremely limited and the three finger “translation” drag that you use to frame the Mandelbulb scene often glitches out of control, either causing the scene to lurch off camera or worse, activating the Mandelbulb power slide which alters what you’re framing. In addition, crashing from deep zooming is frequent. The lack of palette control could be rectified with a randomizer. As it is now, the palette control is limited by the reflected environment. I wouldn’t call these images beautiful, but they are fascinating. It’s wonderful how I can double tap and drag the Mandelbulb power in real-time. Rotating the Mandelbulb in real-time is also delightful. I love the anaglyph 3D support in real-time and in HD renders (although it’s depth of field tends to be shallow). Better control over framing and palette is necessary to create the awe-inspiring fractal imagery we have come to expect from Mandelbrot generators, however. This app is more of a mathematical curiosity. It’s still worth 99¢. I have no regrets.
If there’s no possible way of export either a 3D model or a 360 landscape and a very limited editing? Why $.99? This thing is useless.
Seems awesome, but unfortunately I’ll be asking for a refund since all it does is crash on my iPhone 6s Plus. It seems to be missing a lot of features that would make it useful, like saving your environments. Support is hopeless since the linked site is no longer available.
Is there a bug fix coming soon? Mine keeps glitching out and crashing my phone!
This is the coolest math app I have. It's amazing that an iPod/iPhone has the ray tracing capacity to do this. It would be great if there was a setting to color the bulb with more than one color.
I'd really like a refund for this app!
Worth every penny! App is flexable like crazy!!!! Very interesting,, my only issue is the rendering time with high accuracy settings,, find a way around that and this would be very popular!
Same problem as with their Julia app You create these great images and then you have no access to them outside of the app. You cannot save or share the images
