The design team showed up for work but no one else did. Cant seem to actually use it to order consistently. Honestly guys its an app to order salads, this is very sloppy eng work, figure it out

Half the menu is always “unavailable” in the app so the person must go into the retail store to order. The item is available, just not in the app.

If you go back to the menu after checking out, your tip is reset to 15% even if you’ve already set a tip

I use this app all the time and it makes ordering so much easier. Thanks for making this happen - gets me those cookies that much faster!

Everytime I open the app it says error loading page - code 1009. Says my internet connection appears to be offline even if it isnt.

You still can’t order the salad of the month with the app

Once upon a time there were two sisters who made wonderful salads out of their single store. A simple concept, wonderfully executed. Then they started getting creative. Their stores now have an oddball collection of products so their counters look more like a Dollar store than a restaurant. Their credit card machines prompt you for a minimum 15% Tip on a takeout order. And this App, which seems to never quite work. I had given up on it months ago, and I just now downloaded the new version to the latest iPhone and I get a white screen of death. Ladies — GET BACK TO THE BASICS. MAKE OUR LIVES SIMPLER.

First you have to re enter your CC every time you order... then do not make the mistake to order of the store is closed. You won’t be notified and it is almost impossible to get reimbursed... So disappointing and will now go to Copper Branch 🤷🏻‍♀️

They updated it and it’s really cool. Ordering is easy !
