premium not working

this app only has video ads, so i purchased premium, and it only worked at that moment, exactly as the app said "1 times purchase". contacted app support team and no response after 2 whole days, so here is the review as you requested applied for refund, and later will send another report for scamming

Premium problem

Hello Im a new user named Goliath on this app. Recently I bought the Premium but within 2-3 days after the purchase, my account is back to basic; seeing ads and option to buy Premium. Please solve/respond to this enquiry asap.

Always need to restor purchase

Why do everytime I want to read I need to press the buy button to restore purchase? Please fix please thank you

Paid for no ads. Got email to say the payment went through. But it is not reflected in the app. Should I request for a refund and try paying again?

Great app but..

The app is great, it has most of the manga that i’m reading currently. However, performance/functionality requires an improvement. E.g. the back function was slow/unresponsive, i had to either tap the back arrow couple of times or close the app and restart fresh in order to go back to main or any other page.
