We’ve been using this booking system for several years now and we all absolutely love it and the staff support is incredible ! When you have an issue the staff are always patient and incredibly helpful even if your technically challenged like myself ! The app is intuitive and has so many incredible features ! One I love is when a client forgets their wallet I can have them do self check out once they get home and they don’t have to drive all the way back to the salon which makes them very happy for that convenience! There are so many awesome features and they are always updating and adding more ! Great job you guys ! It is a great value and worth every penny use Mangomint for your booking system if you want a professional product and support!

most salon owners or users don’t mind it but it’s TERRIBLE for clients. I have to manually insert my appointments into my calendar. MANUALLY. No option and they aren’t considering it for the beginning of 2023. We’ve moved back to 1993 apparently. The website is a bunch of bull since it says it saves time from manual tasks.. NOT FOR CLIENTS! Please tell me another well known booking software that doesn’t have this feature. I’ll wait.

Mangomint support team are excellent. They answered all questions and concerns. So much better than Mindbody that costs much more than Mangomint and no contract. Highly recommend for hair salon business.

We reviewed a handful of salon software before opening up shop and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. I’m writing this review as we move into the second year of business and Mangomint continues to exceed our expectations, not only does it seamlessly handle our bookings, client info, notifications, but it also handles all of our payments and can route money to individual accounts based on who performed the service (a huge feature for keeping payments all under one system for booth renters). If you’re not using mangomint now, you will in the near future when every other clunky booking system is too outdated, so make the switch!

I own an Aveda salon and had used a few different softwares. Mangomint without a doubt is the most user friendly for us and the clients. My staff and our clients love how easy it is to change their appointments and make appointments online. The email and text reminder system works flawlessly, too. Try Mangomint, you will be so glad you did!

I love that the app has the same functionality as the web version. I can run my salon from my phone.
