This app is really therapeutic and I had a really good experience. Such a motivating platform.

It’s a very good app with pretty impressively smooth user interface for a free app… didn’t pay anything It’s like your personal helper but with mind stuff It asks you about how you’re feeling or what you’re grateful for, etc and then makes affirmations that you can tell yourself. It also has a feature to read it out to you. You can meditate too. It gives you quotes and the widgets are nice. It’s amazing! 👍🏼

This app is available to any iPhone user for free to handle their anxiety and stress and stigma of reaching to a therapist, and the assistance to “teens” in tough times could be tackled using this app. Thank you Manifest

I HATE THE APP SO MUCH LIKE I VENT AND THEN BOOM IT SHOWS NO CONNECTION WHEN THERE IS ACTUALLY CONNECTION AND THEN ITS ASKS ME TO EMBRACE SOME STUPID SHI BUT UGH IDK ITS ANNOYING
