Whenever I place an order on the app it takes over 2 hours to be delivered upon the distance isn’t even far. Use only when you have enough time to waste they don’t deliver in minutes like they advertise

Can’t access app if i don’t update
I think it’s unfair that i can’t even access the app if don’t make the new update but i can’t even update the app because it’s limited to only ios 16.1 and higher. That is so unfair, it means i’d have to delete the app.

Downloaded this app to order food and no restaurants are coming up in the search space! I couldn’t search for restaurants, I texted their support no response! Texted their WhatsApp till today no response! The support says “replies in a minute) yet waited for one hour nothing! I have deleted the app as it is useless to me💔

You should just stick to delivering grocery items… every time i order food it arrives cold and food is always moist. Very bad customer service aswell
