This app is very well designed. The affirmations are great. The ability to add your own is also wonderful. The music and backgrounds are all high quality and beautiful. I notice that I genuinely feel better after spending time on the app.

It's a really tranquil and well-structured app. It creates a secure environment for you to spend alone time and process your feelings. When I'm feeling particularly anxious, one of my favorite things to do is listen to the sounds of nature. It really helps to relax me. I heartily advise downloading this application! Every morning I get up and I turn on my Mantra. I do at least two affirmation sessions before I meditate. I’m going through a lot of changes in my life right now and mantra is absolutely helping me get through those changes in my life positively that my sleep has improved because I love to listen to some of the soundscapes like the rain while I’m falling asleephelps me get to sleep and stop thinking about all the craziness that I’m going through right now. I highly recommend mantra for your daily cup of positive affirmations in your life. And changes positive changes in your life.

from the best way of wording, to the user interface, this app is the best. i never usually spend money on a subscription like this but i actually use it every day and i love it.

i have emailed them twice asking for a refund and they haven’t responded. a pip up said i could get a 7-day free trial if i try the yearly subscription for mantra. instead, i got charged $30 .
