I don’t like this bank!

I really don’t like manulife. Their online services are always jammed up. When it comes to transferring RRSP’s from manulife to my own provider it takes forever. They question me about where I’m going to spend my money when I ask for a daily increase. It’s my money Manulife!!! It’s none of your business where my money goes! Oh their mortgage advisors!! They take their sweet time to get back to you and get you your approval. So long that you miss out on the house you wanted to buy. Overall I would say to everyone to run from this bank!!!

Worst experience and app never works

Horrible as always I get error msg after I enter username and password. I would give this app 1 out of 10

Worst banking app I’ve ever used.

Application errors

For the last several weeks the app has been inaccessible on my iPhone. It displays an error that says the application needs to be updated. The “solution” from Manulife is to reboot my iPhone. I shouldn’t have to reboot my iPhone several times per week to do routine banking operations. This is unacceptable.

Change in password field function

So not impressed with the recent update that no longer accesses the password storage on my phone. Every single time I use the app, I have to go through the settings to the password storage and copy the password for this app. Previously the password field directly accessed the password storage. Why was this changed? Please fix it so that it works properly again. 😕

E-transfers failed

I tried to etransfer money to my account on two separate occasions a day before my Mortgage was due and both times the Manulife back did not accept it. I was set up for autodeposit. Where did my money end up???

Can't use saved passwords anymore

The app works fine but since the last update I am not able to use my saved passwords from icloud keychain to login. Also, it would be nice to able to login with FaceId

Glitchy, authenticates too often, poor functionality

This app always makes me authenticate by text even from my home network. My e transfers stopped working for a while.

Bad user experience lately

Why do I constantly have to get a code sent to my email? When I’m logging in multiple times a day, especially from the same IP address (my home internet), I shouldn’t have to get a code from my email every single time. Very frustrating user experience
