As a result, I am finding it necessary to manually check the application on a daily basis to ensure I have the most up-to-date information. Furthermore, in instances where changes are made to the contribution funding, there seems to be a lack of communication with the clients. It is crucial for our clients to be promptly informed when such changes occur, as it impacts their expectations and financial planning. I believe that providing timely advice and notice to our clients is not only a professional responsibility but also essential for maintaining their trust and satisfaction. To address these issues, I kindly request the following: Regular Updates: I would greatly appreciate it if the contribution list could be updated consistently and in a timely manner. Having a reliable and up-to-date list would significantly assist me in managing my workflow efficiently. Client Notification: When changes are made to the contribution funding, I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to notify the affected clients promptly. This could be done through email notifications or any other preferred communication channels established with our clients.

The apps is user friendly and the information is very useful for my retirement planning.

登入成日出問題，而且個報價日期好慢又唔穩定。

經常無故登出，密碼要求太多，難記

這麼大的公司 設計如此難用的App. 不僅速度慢 操作介面也不直覺。 更新也不如公告時間，影響用戶使用。

搵極都搵唔到 提取保單價值 已經係最新版本 Agent亦check咗我係可以攞錢出嚟 跟足佢指示都無法提取👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

起碼一星期要重新再log in、不能面形登入、又要再入密碼及login😠
