Works great… when it works
About every 4th time I use this app it’s super laggy and won’t load. Sometimes having to close and open the app a few times before it’s up to speed again

• review recent claims and payment information
• see your benefit balances
• access your benefits card and load it to your Apple wallet
• find health care providers in your area with directions on how to get there
• search for a drug and find the lowest cost alternative
As a Group Retirement and VIP Room plan member, you can:
• check your savings totals and plan details
• review your recent activity
• view all contributions made to your plan
• see your rates of return
Rest assured your personal data is always kept confidential and encrypted. You’ll need valid sign in information to use the app. Register directly from the app or at https://manulife.ca.

NEVER WORKS WHEN YOU NEED IT !!!!

Won’t help in anyway, and impossible to contact in person
Does not function
Does not allow me to view anything other than the home page. Every button leads me to either an “error” page or loops me back to the home page.
Easy to use
App is easy to use and navigate. Lots available through the app as well. Happy with any time I’ve had to use it.
Chat
The website says connect to chat on app …where?! And let’s be transparent with vision care dates …why should I guess??

I am putting in password and user name. It takes me right to benefits rather than a page where I can choose ..Bank, Benefits or Investments

L’application est hyper lente et à chaque fois que tu te connectes, on te redemande d’accepter les conditions d’utilisation.
First claim
Submitted a claim over 10 days ago. Didn’t receive my $ back in the timeline I was told I would.
Not user friendly and some feature not work
This app is very glitchy. Very not user friendly and some of the feature like my benefit plan booklet are not accessible. It normally pop up a new window on computer but on the phone it doesn’t do anything but refresh the page once. Please fix it
