Mon application ne fonctionne pas, j’ai désinstallé à plusieurs reprises et rien ne fonctionne. Très décevant car je suis très active et mes points ne sont pas comptabilisés!!

I've been receiving the following error message for the past multiple months and been unable to login to the app. Please address asap Error Sorry, our system isn't working right now. Please try again later.
Syncing apple fitness data can be frustratingly inconsistent. Currently it is not syncing with current day, it is a day out of sync. Very annoying when you are losing a full day of workouts when trying to get you daily points in.
Spin the wheel as many times as you want, you will never get more than 175 coins - if you are extremely lucky. The wheel is rigged to give you either 75 or 100. If you are lucky it will take you 20 weeks to get a $10 gift card. If you are unlucky, it’s going to take a lot longer. That’s a maximum of $20/year of you walk 15,000+ steps a day.
Again—this happens all the time and I would probably be platinum by now without this happening—nothing is synchronized for weeks on end. I average almost 400 km a week of cycling and this app is ignoring my efforts. It’s not syncing with Strava, Garmin, or Apple Health.
Pathetic update for group vitality apps from Manulife. Not able to login due to app system error. It should not take more than a day for fix of such a blocker issues several customer are reporting. Manulife should focus on profits from individual app and discard this group app if its really not that important for them. Atleast it will save customer from unnecessary trouble. Please dont suggest to delete app and install again here. That is not how updates are supposed to work.
The app hasn’t been synching after the last update. The last time I was able to connected my devices was May 2nd.
