I had to leave my cat alone for more than a full day at home and wanted to make sure he was doing well while I was out. I found this app and thought it would be the most convenient way to re-use an old iPad I had at home. So after trying the free plan, I was very satisfied with the app and decided to upgrade to a paid plan in which you can see the recorded footage and not just the live stream. Nevertheless, as soon as I leave my house the message displayed is “disk is full” and I cannot access anything - not even the live stream. I knew that my iPad was pretty empty and decided to contact the team in order to obtain some assistance but no one replied to my many emails. Needless to say, I was quite devastated because I could no longer see if the cat was doing fine and if something happened to him I wouldn’t know. Because the app didn’t work, I had to make my friend, with whom I left a pair of keys for my house, to go there across town on their day off. We had to facetime to make manything app work again. We deleted over 1GB of data from my old iPad and the app worked again. Only that it ran into the very same issue one hour later. At this point I fully gave up on the app and I cannot believe that I paid money to get myself into so much stress. My subscription was immediately cancelled and a refund has already been confirmed by Apple. So, in conclusion, just use the free plan for live stream and forget about the paid plans because they have obviously some problems with those...
