Constantly sends the order to the wrong Mao! Which means you get a call from a Mao you didn’t order from , to advise you they are cancelling you order and refunding your card. They then advise you to maybe phone your local app.

Top app, quality food.

Will never order again.

Awful App. Placed order which was sent to Ballinteer branch. 40 minutes later I got a call that it should have gone to Donnybrook. Then got another call asking for card details again and assuring us that our order was now on its way. An hour and half after we placed our order we are still waiting. Very unhappy customers here.

App is one way traffic only - there is no feedback from Mao to let you know if your order will be delivered in 30 mins or 2 hours. On another occasion the Checkout button wouldn’t work for me. When I telephoned the store I was told that wait was 2+ hours. So I guess they disabled the Checkout button but provided no feedback to the customer. Amending your order is very awkward in the app. I’ll just stick with telephoning the store - at least I’ve some idea when my food might be ready.
