WRONG STATS WRONG TIME
I’m using the paid version and it’s calculating the wrong time for me. It happened every time. I just finished running 40mins and the app says I only ran for 27mins???
Can’t login!!!
“The app has not been created.” “The app has not been created.” “The app has not been created.”!!! I used my Facebook account to login, but it failed. Then I used a couple of accounts to login, but all failed!!! You wasted all my freakin’ time to investigate this app. This app is totally a TRASH! I’m very confused that why this TRASH can be launched in App Store and Google Play? It’s absolutely NOT acceptable for the app to be poor like that. This is the WORST app I have used before. All apps on my phone are perfect and work nicely. This TRASH must be deleted on my phone and must not be kept on my phone forever.
Very disappointed
I have used the app since the retirement of Endomondo. It worked fine, up until the recent update. After the latest updated, the gps tracking of the Apple Watch series 3 with LTE, totally failed, it wasn’t accurate. 4 out of my last 4 runs, all of them failed to record my route with gps, as this is my running route for the last 4 years with the same watch, with only the app being updated was the only change happened, I can only conclude that it was the apps that fail. Pls look into it, thx
No sync with Fitbit. My review was removed!
Update Apr 27, 2021: Why did you remove my review? Update Apr 20. 2021: thanks for confirming that you do not sync with Fitbit. Then why are you saying it syncing with Fitbit in the app description? And in your and Fitbit websites? Apr 15, 2021: Never succeeded. No clue, no guide and no help from you or Fitbit.

Waste of money
Very disappointing. Absolute waste of money. I love their MyFitnessPal app. Hence I downloaded this one so that my runs and workouts will also get logged automatically. Don’t know what they’re charging so much money for. Nike Running Club ans Nike attaining Club apps are 100 times better and both are absolutely free.
Problem with Apple Watch
Dear Sir / Madam The app is not working well when I am wearing Apple Watch to run. For example, I already run 2 km, the result just 1.km or lesser. I would like to know what happened. Looking forward to hearing from you Best, Jackie
