Generally won’t load, if it does load the app is glitchy, poorly written code, a great idea but not there yet.

Sent me an alert and won’t allow me to open the app. Absolute rubbish. Deleted

After repeated attempts are numerous reset a password I still can’t sign in useless

As title . Why is mobile needed to sign up? Data issues here . Sign up w email should b fine like many other apps. Not all councils included, so only works in some parts of Ireland . Maybe a direct contract with Irish water would be useful .

I downloaded the app so that I could be notified of water alerts. I set up the alerts through settings and I also opted for emails and I haven’t received a notification or email. Not sure if I’m missing something..

I live & work in two different areas & would like to get alerts for both on my phone but this app doesn’t allow me ☹️. Tweak needed... I should be able to use the same mobile number to receive notifications from two or more selected areas instead of having to choose all areas or none.

Very useful service for Waterford. I get messages for water problems and road works. It used to be text messages but now i get them through the app which is very handy.

Clearly some start up company trying to get money from local authorities who don't know how manage their own communications.... a failed app - maps don't update when pin is moved, camera icon not working 'device not supported' on iPhone 6, 10.2. Waste of time.

It's okay but won't show planning apps on iPhone 5 and a few other bugs

Like the service, but device not supported for planning view on an iPhone 7?
