Loading speed is horrible

Long waiting for a screen to load. Some screens never shows, constantly fail to load. Location service no working properly. Searching for a meeting room fail to load. App no recommended. Now new version iOS 17.0.3 on iPhone 15 pro crash when opening the app.

Does not work at all

Most screens, rooms, lists of colleagues fail to load
