The good times when Wizet owned this game is totally over! They will never listen to their players…. Been years they still doesn’t listen. I’ve been asking for higher FPS since the new mobiles comes with over 120 Fps screens. The game atm on a 120 fps iPhone 14 pro is a disaster! You can’t even play the game due the lagging rending. Don’t download or waste your time to this game.
The game is really fun to play and it’s decently optimized for mobile but there are some issues. The game tends to crash during bosses quite often leading to you getting kicked out and not receiving a reward. This happens no matter if you use the newest and most expensive phones out there. Second.. in case you need actual assistance if you have made a wrong purchase or accidentally deleted game items you will ALWAYS get a generic “sorry bla bla bla we can’t help you but hope you keep supporting us” as a reply. I once made a wrong purchase and asked for help to swap it for a different one or delete the item and refund me but was met with this message which lead me to contact Apple for a refund instead and the game developers did not take kindly on this and issued me a whopping 90 days ban which is ridiculous. Another thing to keep in mind are that you are constantly bombarded with “PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE” pop ups with price tags of over 100 euros like we just go and print money in our homes for fun. I still enjoy playing the game but the customer support really needs to improve if they plan on being around for a while.
They won’t ever listen to their players and soon they won’t have any players left because of rigged rates and expensive packages. Great job nexon!

I get a e45 when i try to start the game after last maintenance. And i cant download the latest update. I have updated my phone, closed all other programs, but still doesnt work. Truly annoying!!!!!!!
Entire game plays on auto??? Menu and entire game is just mess. A remake of old MapleStory would be better.
