mAPP is right for everyone how needs offline mapping on iOS. Download OSM vector maps on your device and use it in dead spots or in other countries without roaming costs.

Pure mapping:
Pure offline maps in a clear surface. No bells and whistles, no social, no restaurant suggestions. Just orientation! Ideal for hobby and travel.

Offline topo maps:
Load whole countries or states and view them later without internet connection. The maps includes full OSM detail down to small pathways. As well contour lines included in the topo maps.

Tracks:
Record tracks and store them on the device or share them as a gpx file. You can also import gpx tracks provided by several platforms for hiking and cycling and display them on the map. Tracks from GPSies, the maybe largest collection on the web, can be downloaded directly within this app.

Waypoints:
Enter waypoints to mark a location. So you can use mAPP also for hobbies like geocaching. Use the link options in other apps like Looking4Cache or Geosphere to share waypoints.

Wish it worked

The maps I purchased are not showing up. It's just showing blue water. Please fix the app or advise what's going wrong.

Worked as advertised, great for marking trail.

Worked great for my travels in Guyana. Way points saved, trip markers ect. Worked well. Things that could be improved...editing way points would be nice...only a point at centre of screen...can't move.... Would be nice to be able to send way points and recorded tracks as an email....in a google earth importable format... It would be nice if you could measure a point to point distance, and or multi points... i.e. points A to B to C to D ect. All said however...it doesn't claim to have a bunch of bells and whistles...but does what it does well. Would also be nice to have a "save cashe" mode for using "online" maps offline
