Я хотел создать новый аккаунт, мне в поддержке сказали чтобы я купил новый телефон и создал новый apple id После этого я не заходил в игру более чем пол года и вчера зашёл, оказывается мне выдан бан, я написал в поддержу чтобы выяснить причину, так как я не использовал сторонние программы, имел всегда один аккаунт и спокойно играл, к тому же не мало вложил денег в игру. Вкратце ответ поддержки: мы не собираемся сообщать вам причину бана, длительность бана вы можете увидеть в оповещении о бане(не написано, видимо навсегда). Если вы повторно сообщите нам об этой проблеме это отсрочит её решение(они и так ничего не собираются решать)

Пишу вдруге відгук, бо попередній видалили. Мабуть не влаштувала правда. Гра непогана, але адміністрація гри це просто жах. Зворотнього звʼязку не існує. Ти пишеш купу листів а у відповідь тільки одне - ми допоможемо. Ніякої допомоги, зовсім. За останній місяць кілька сотень гравців не можуть зайти у свій акаунт. Допомоги ніякої. Якщо не хочете втратити свій час і гроші- не грайте, пожалкуєте
Игровые моменты
Очень часто ложатся сервера, первый раз лег сервер - многим не одели щиты и многие потеряли и-за этого армию, потому что не могли зайти тогда, когда им было удобно и обновить свой щит, разработчики закрывают глаза на то, что армия съедает весь хлеб после слега серверов, потерял весь хлеб в первый раз, на данный момент пока пишу отзыв, снова теряется хлеб, ибо игра не запускается. Где компенсации? Или возврат ресурсов?
Стали хуже :(
Играл с 2019 года и недавно в новом мире заблокировали, уже месяц общаюсь с поддержкой и никакой внятной причины блокировки дать не могут. Игра стала любить только донатеров и даже прощают им все. Очень расстроен игра раньше была лучше :(
