I recently opened an account with Mari Bank and had a seamless experience. However, I was disappointed to find that they don't offer debit cards, and the transaction limit is capped at $100,000. Despite these limitations, I'm satisfied with their overall services. I hope they'll consider expanding their services to include debit cards and higher transaction limits in the future.
Lousy app using a lousy security measure
I am the actual owner of my own MariBank account but I have forgotten all the information that was attached to it. I don’t understand why this is the the only financial association requires to call in to reset password. When I did, I couldn’t be verified and was rejected as there is no way one can remember all the details. Asked to delete, said the same thing. Other banks two ways to verifying the clients, on this financial institution has one. This is really very user unfriendly!
I’m just opening an account, need to go through the face verification from Singpass that didn’t work.. unfortunately that is the only way of verification and they advise me to check in with Singpass.. my goodness I have to check here and there just to open one account.. it is NOT convenient! Have a backup verification method.. Singpass doesn’t always work!

Useless apps doesn’t support SGQR and Nets
Why change address need to contact live chat and send physical NRIC image? Why can’t you do it in automated way by verifying on Singpass?
One mistake and actual owner of account get 12/24 hrs locked out. Every mistake during log in is considered ‘fraud’. Phone call to customer service and you’ll be greeted with more erroneous assistance that will lead account owner to make more mistakes, leading to another lockout from account . Lockout is so bad, even SINGPASS Face ID won’t work . Bad service people.
