I chose a baskets of products but only showed ORD10019. I called the CS. He asked me to clear the basket and redo everything. He said their IT team provided no solution to the CS team. What a useless app!

Somewhere in this delivery chain, a person is switching food stuffs with 10 day-old items, and the packaging/delivery person is carelessly tossing fragile items such as eggs, as if the customer is not going to notice it when they unpack. Now delivery also takes much longer, when before it only takes the next day.

Inside supermarket there is a promotion saying discount on Fiji water if buying online.. but when I bought in coming order there was not any discount..
