ไม่ควรมี Book reserve สำหรับ E-book
ทำไม E-book ต้อง reserve ด้วยคะ ทั้งๆที่ทุกคนก็น่าจะเข้าไปอ่านได้พร้อมๆกัน หนังสือบางเล่มคิวยาว กว่าจะได้อ่านก็หลายวันค่ะ สามารถทำให้อ่านได้เลยได้มั้ยคะ

พบ Bug ในแอพ
- หากใน My shelf มีebook อยู่ 5 เล่มแล้ว หากมี ebook เล่มอื่นที่number of availability เป็น 0 และต้องการกดจอง จะไม่สามารถกดจองได้ เพราะระบบจะบอกว่า shelfเต็ม วิธีเดียวที่จะกดจองได้ คือต้องคืนหนังสือให้เหลือ 4เล่ม จึงจะกดจองได้ จุดนีัควรแก้ไขให้กดจองได้แม้my shelf จะมี5เล่มก็ตาม
Audio book แย่มาก
Atomic habits ปฐมบท คลิป 27 นาที แต่ เริ่มต้นใหม่ นาทีที่ 10 นิด แล้ว ซ้ำยาวไป 27 จบไป งงๆ บทที่1 นาทีที่4 แล้ววนต้นใหม่ ฟังไป สักพักก็ วนไป อีก สุดท้ายเลิกดีกว่า
ไฟล์เสียงมีปัญหา
ลบแอปติดตั้งใหม่ก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้ โทรไปแจ้งแล้ว วันนี้จะเข้ามาฟังก็ยังฟังไม่ได้เหมือนเดิม โปรดแก้ไขให้หน่อยค่ะ

อยากให้ปรับปรุงแอพจริงๆ มีปัญหาบ่อยมากๆๆๆ

อยากให้แบ่งหน้าต่างได้ครับ
แอปออกเอง
แล้วพอเราโหลดหนังสือมาอ่าน แล้วกดเข้าไป มันออกจากแอปไปเลย แล้วหนังสือที่ยืมมาก็หายไปจากชั้นค่ะ ลบแอปแล้วลงใหม่ก็ไม่ได้ค่ะ
ฟัง Audio book สะดวกดีค่ะ
ช่วยเอาเสียงเพลงออกได้มั้ยคะ รบกวนมากๆ ค่ะ คำอ่านภาษาอังกฤษกรุณาตรวจสอบก่อนจะดีมากค่ะ
