i played this game on my android, i’ve gotten very very far in it and i switched to this iPhone and now i can’t access my account, please help

The game always freezes
I’ve not been able to successfully play the game longer than a minute and that was like 2 world boss matches Anything game option or menu that comes up, the game just freezes for example it’s the game is asking me if I’m sure I want to use characters above level 60 it freezes I have to close the game and open it again Only to freeze in the same place I’m tired of this rubbish

Why do I have to update 😡Any time I reopen the game 🤬
