This is a joke/lie
First intake, therapist no show! Have to make several calls to make sure they wouldn’t charge me. No contact information of her. 3 hours later, email from the therapist that she was on, and it was I who missed the session. What a lie and unprofessional service! (And if so, why she did not try to contact tech support like I did as a customer, and say “we missed each other”—-who needs therapy?) I am a physician and I believe this company signed some contract with some hospitals. But no, there is no mutual trust. Kind a joke for this “behavioral therapy” !
