Mary Kay Interactive Catalog

An sich echt ne tolle Idee, mit der KundInnen direkt und einfach shoppen könnten - wenn denn der Übertrag in den Warenkorb und in die Wunschliste korrekt funktionieren würde. Leider habe ich es noch nicht geschafft, dass das auserwählte Produkt richtig verbucht wird. Und wenn mal die Artikelbezeichnung stimmt, dann ist auf der Abbildung etwas völlig anderes. So kann ich die App leider nicht an meine KundInnen weiterempfehlen 😟

An sich eine gute App, leider dauert es teilweise bis zu Anderthalb Wochen bei mir, bis der neue Katalog aktualisiert ist. Ich muss mich dann erst immer auf der Website einloggen. Wenn man in dem Moment kein Internet hat, ist das eine ziemlich doofe Sache.

Die Kataloge können schneller aktualisiert werden. Seit 5 Tagen gibt es einen neuen Look Book schon, leider hier noch nicht zum sehen 😏

I am unable to share the catalog with customers. Functions don’t work

There seems to be a problem with this app. I’ve downloaded several times on my iPad and it does not open. It opens and remains on the start page and does not go any further. I Had to delete it. Can someone look into this and report back?

It’s very good! We can see what is new for the season, the benefits and how to of the new products! It shows gifts the client can go for! And I love the makeup looks options. I also love the way the store is growing.

I have been a customer of Mary Kay since 2000 I love the products especially the Time wise Repair & Charcoal Mask. So many other quality products, great customer service from my consultant and a company for women empowerment.

Cuando envío el eCatalog por texto o mensaje FB me dice que no se encontró nada o no hay paginas. Le aprieto y me lleva a la página de Mary Kay y ahí busco el catálogo. Los clientes tienen que hacer más pasos para buscar el catálogo.
