Taking these vitamins every morning last winter I did not catch a single germ that my kids brought home from school, even when it went through the entire family. I took a break from them for about 2 months and caught the very first illness my kids brought home. As far as hair growth is concerned, they DO seem to make my hair grow faster, but they do nothing for the thinning that happens during perimenopause. I take them any way because of how good they make me feel. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I love MaryRuth’s products. I liked that I could set up a subscription per product. I have the app where I could place my order conveniently. I wish for bland flavor available for those who are sensory-challenged. Unfortunately, the extended delivery time is super frustrating for me.

I’m going through my first bottle and I am teukwy enjoying it. I think I like liquid vitamins better than tables so I think I will try this again. I don’t see any real changes but I’m sure by the second and third bottle I will. Consistency is the key and I’m really loving the Peach Mango flavor

I have been waiting for my item to be shipped. It was ordered on the 29th of October, and here it is the 7th of November. It hasn’t even left fed ex. When contacting Mary Ruth… they stopped chatting in the middle of the chat with no explanations. And fed ex informed me that, they are awaiting my items…. WHAT IS GOING ON????

My son is 5 and he struggles with constipation. It was normal for him to not go for 4 days frequently. We tried pre and probiotics for him, but we never had success. We found Mary Ruth’s products on Amazon and decided to try it. He is a picky eater, so we usually struggle to get him to take gummies for his other vitamins. However, he eats these with no complaints! We got a bad batch of them from Amazon and had to go through Mary Ruth’s to complain. Their customer service was very nice and helpful. They reimbursed us and sent out a new bottle of the magnesium. Now we go through the company. He has been going almost every day now for the last few months!
