Mascot - Meet Roleplay Friends

Once upon a time, I really loved this app. It was full of cool people, different people, lots of creative ones. We easily made friends through groupchats and the DM page, and even if people online were harsh, someone always made sure you were alright. A downside is that we always experienced loads of glitches whenever the app updated, but as long as it was still the same app with new features, it was cool. The creators followed up to the mistakes and corrected them quickly. But I must say, since they deleted the dm page and made it a story app, I totally lost the interest in it. Some of my friends are still there but a lot of the good old ones left it. It was difficult to find new groups, it’s difficult to find new friends like this. I still won’t give up on it, but now.. the support team won’t even reply to my messages “report a problem” and they used to be so quick. I don’t receive notifications anymore, I’ve tried to turn them off and on again both on the app and my iPhone settings and istg, that isn’t helping on the “I’m trying to give this app a chance”. I hope at least someone sees this. I like the app, but please let me have notifications, please make it easier to find the newly made groupchats, please let a user leave a story/group without having an admin or owner or wtv. I’m stuck in a groupchat that I don’t even text in and never has because the owner promoted me as admin and left. Please don’t make me actually abandon the app completely… Come on.. seriously.

I’ve been on this app for almost a year and have grown quite close to it. I’ve been on it everyday and mostly enjoyed my time on it. But now, it feels horrible to go through the app, looks weird and why delete the dm page. A lot of people met though there and taking that away will grow in hate and losing of users. Before I updated the app, I thought that he couldn’t have been that bad but as soon as I updated everything began to lag. I can really reply without waiting a long time for them to send, I keep getting notifications from group chats that aren’t there, I’m literally in none but one I’ve made myself, which has nothing written in it. Every time I try and do something, an error message pops up and I just can’t do it, I have to fight to see the messages and fight even harder to reply to them. What I want and some others are, dm page back and forth you to fix all this weird lagging.

Ive downloaded the app but when i put in my number and say next it just says theres an error but Ive only heard good thing about the app so i hope i can use it sometime 😌

damm i love this app

It’s a good app, it’s fun and I’ve met some fun people. But there’s too many ads now💀like everywhere I look I swear there’s an ad. And I still don’t even know what those coins are for. And there’s been too many updates lately, this app is fine as it is💁‍♀️the only thing that should be fixed is them ads.

It was so much better when the pop up ads weren't on the world's and DMs and it constantly crashes everytime I log in I also still have the issue and they hadn't fixed it yet

Honestly the app has gone down hill now since they added the ads I know apps and companies need the money but they ruined a good app by putting in those ads

Very beautiful app indeed, I play it for hours on in and I made a lot of friends with the app. I’ve been on it for a year in a half, so. Good job mascot, but. One issue has occurred to me on this day, why do you have ads now? Why. It was perfect! Please, get rid of them. Thank you.

We have to pay to remove the ads?! Are u serious?….why have ads in the first place I’m sorry but no one is gonna want to pay for the ads to be removed it was so much better w/o ads
