Hello ,i have a problem with this account CDM machene,my 500 dirham is missing after i deposit to my account ,its bieng 10 months already ,i emailed my complaint many times but not yet replied or solved😭🙏please help to solve my problem and get my 500 back

This is my first time with a bank account here. When I received my card, the personnel asked for my ID and my phone. Then asked me to open the App Store on my phone, I did so, then he took the phone from my hand and himself submitted a five star review. When I asked what he was doing, he said nothing this is a part of it. This is highly unacceptable for me. You can ask ME to give YOU a review, I will do it myself, but, taking that right away from me is absolutely absurd. I wish I could take take back the five star review he gave. I was very happy with he app service, all of it was so quick and easy, but once I received my account opening card on my doorstep, the tables have turned after this incident. This is very intrusive, in fact, it is a crime to pose as your customer and give a review.

They are so nice and cute before you open an account… thereafter… your request have been noted, someone will call within 24 hours… 3 months after… nothing!

Can’t login my account on iPhone?? Need to upgrade or something can’t use online banking on phone
