Mashreq Trade UAE

This app takes you back to 2005! I hated the trading experience because of how much this app keeps lagging and shutting down by itself. Need to be more reliable and more user-friendly. For starters why is there no face ID feature!

The application so basic and I wish you didn’t even update the old version better. The watching list can’t be edit easily. No analysis tools. Wondering how Mashreq Bank have this app ?????

Thanks for the new update. The user interface is becoming better. Please check the biometric verification process. Still can’t login with biometrics only. Normal login is working perfectly.Also the portfolio data is not showing fully.

I am surprised to see a market leading bank with innovative technological breakthrough in the banking sector having one of the worst app for securities trading. It’s so primitive in nature and with lots of glitches. If this app is the only gateway to trade on the stock market, then I’m sorry I made a mistake by opening this trading account. I would rather use another established stock brokerage company. Note to MashreqSecurities. Update and evolve your software otherwise you will lose all your trading accounts members.

Unable to sign up for securities account.. and this app is not even letting me log in or sign up.. totally waste

Not usable and not workable and still asked by the bank to use it….what a pathetic service and app

Its such a useless app! Tons of glitches and errors. Nothing shows. Utterly disappointed.

Dear mashreq, We are spending lots of money as a fee , and you are provind such a worse application for trading . Go and check other brokers application. Kindly change the look and usability of your application before your customers change to other broker.

I regret why I opened a trading account with Mashreq. I haven’t used it even a single time in last 4 months. Whenever I try to open the app, it says cannot connect to the server.
