I feel like if I use this app with the same speed as other apps, then it just freezes. The events for each day don’t load half of the time.
I use an iPhone with iOS version 17.5.1, when I try to open the app, only splash screen with Mason 360 logo appears and quits suddenly. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and checked on an older version, result is the same.
I open the app and it’s stuck on the Mason 360 logo screen. I’ve closed the app, deleted the app and downloaded it multiple times. Sometimes it would crash as you wait for the app to load up. Please fix this issue I have to use this app for my job.
This app is highly inconvenient. The access to needed tab or section takes to make steps. The information and courses are not organized and synchronized. This app needs a lot of improvements to become user friendly.
I’m an incoming freshman and was pretty excited to use this app to connect to the Mason community, but I can’t even log in properly. Every time I login, it says I’ve logged out for some reason and won’t let me access anything in the app.
I’m a incoming freshman at GMU and I’m just simply trying to find a on campus job before I arrive, however, this app is making it harder than it needs to be because of all the glitches in it. I really wish they would fix it because it’s something that many student use to find jobs and as far as I know it’s the only place students find work study jobs so it should be easier to navigate.
Combining functionality is really good, it’s nice to have everything in in one place, but there are way too many moving parts. The priority should be on it’s resources (what’s open, its support, parking etc) and not the feed.
The shuttle part needs to be fixed. Also if you could change the name to Mason365. It rhymes more
Mobile notifications don’t go through even if you adjust the notification settings, which is incredibly inconvenient. I wish there was a function where I could click on someone’s circle in a group chat to be sent straight to a dm page instead of navigating around a profile page to do so. I would also like the app to have a check/confirm photo function, because right now it’ll send whatever you click first, and gives no room for human error in case they press the wrong button. It’s a nice app otherwise, but these issues (ESPECIALLY the notification one) hinder accessible use in a fundamental way. An update: it’s better, but you have to go into settings to have “read” the notifications, and Iz clunkyyyy.
